Day 5: Monday 2 September - Epcot

Today was our first foray to Disney on this stay.  We headed for Epcot.  It was Labor Day and a public holiday so the I-4 was eerily quiet and we parked up at Epcot without any problem as they opened at 9am.

As Joyce has a proper entry ticket, she's entitled to photos from Disney's 'Memory Maker' service so there are a lot of photos of the 3 of us today.

Yes, this is Epcot and yes, the park is open. Where is everybody?!

Mid-morning!

The Food and Drink Festival was on but we didn't partake this time.  I've got my eye on the Alps offering when we next go there!

We left around 2pm just as it was getting a bit too hot to be pushing a wheelchair around. After a quick pit stop at Walmart and CVS for vital supplies (mainly wine and beer) we dropped in to Miller's Ale House for items on their 'early bird' specials list being served between 3pm and 5pm.

This was supposed to be a small fish and chips!
Joyce now has two 'boxes' - as they call them - in the fridge.  The phrase 'doggy bags' seemed to have been phased out ....!
