Day 10: Saturday 7 September

The main event today is for us to go to Kissimmee Old Town to see the weekly classic car rally, (although in the event we didn't do that) but before that the plan was for Graeme to get up and get out on the pool deck good and early before the sun got too strong.

The unexpected bit was that three hot air balloons suddenly appeared at the back of the house and drifted over Burford Circle.

But the real work was still to do and someone has to occasionally clean the algae off the pool screen panels ....

I think a consultation with my plastic surgeon will need to scheduled for when we get back!

Now, Elizabeth says this is the first ever beer shes had in a bar or restaurant in the US - as if!  Her excuse is that it came as part of a meal deal!

This is the signature dish of Miller's Ale House at ChampionsGate called a Zingers Mountain Melt.  I don't think I've ever managed to eat one in one go before now and, last time I had one, I faithfully promised myself that I would never order one again, and here we are!

Now you see it!

And now you don't!
Whereas some other people did have problems managing their portions!

This is Alisa who was our waitress when we were last here in May/June and she remembered us

Now in no way could you describe me as a motor bike fan but I do recognise the Rolls Royce of motor cycles when I see one ....

SatNav included, it seems
This is our resident family of sandhill cranes who strut around the development. Last time we were here there were only 3 of them so something has been happening between now and then!  They watched me with grave suspicion the whole time I stopped here to take the photo!
