The start of a quick property inspection to see how the place is since our last visit in the autumn of 2018 ....

Nice to know we're all legit here!

To say we wake up early when we first arrive here because of the 5-hour clock difference is some understatement.  We were ready to be out of the house so that we could get to Disney Springs (formerly Disney Market Place) in time for it opening at 9am as two hungry shoppers were desperate to get there!

Behind the counter in the Disney merchandise shop.  This is a still picture but suddenly it will start to animate and you get that lovely sequence from 'Lady and the Tramp' where they both eat the same strand of spaghetti

Yes, this is indeed Graeme voluntarily eating a Chinese meal, and at Panda Express.  Fast food, Chinese style and very good value but, like a lot of fast food meals, very salty!

Monday 27 May is/was Spring Bank Holiday Monday.  In the US it's also a public holiday called Memorial Day when they remember those who have fallen in combat as well as current members of the armed forces.  It's interesting to see that big difference here - how 'veterans' - those who served in the military as well as current members are offered additional sale discounts in the stores.  By cintrast we only seem to look to prosecute ours!
